"Good classes, but I felt a little dismissed sometimes"
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the academics at smwc. The classes are clear, and most of the professors are helpful when you reach out. I do feel like they genuinely want you to learn and not just get through the course. That said, there were a few times when I asked about concerns or workload and felt kind of dismissed, which was frustrating. Some weeks can definitely be a lot, but overall the quality of the classes has been solid...

Most of the professors are really willing to help, which I appreciate a lot. The only thing is that replies can be slow sometimes, so you might have to wait a bit to get an answer

"Financial Aid Made Things Easier"
The financial aid office at SMWC was a big help for me. I had a lot of questions about my FAFSA and scholarships, and they got back to me quickly with answers that actually made sense. When you're trying to figure out how to pay for school, having someone explain things clearly makes a huge difference. It took a lot of stress off my plate, and I really appreciated the support.

"Career Support Didn’t Really Improve for Me"
I signed up hoping the career help would make a real difference, especially a few weeks into the program when I started thinking seriously about next steps. At first, I figured it might get more useful over time, but even after going through the resources and trying to get guidance, it still felt weak. By the end, I didn’t feel much more prepared for my job search than I did when I started

"Pretty easy admissions process"
The admissions process was smooth, my counselor got back to me quickly and helped me figure out the forms without too much stress. A couple of the emails were a little confusing, but overall I had a good experience.

"Friendly campus vibe, with a few rough edges"
Overall, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College has a really nice campus feel. People are welcoming, and I’ve had plenty of moments where someone says hi or a professor actually remembers my name, which makes the place feel more personal. It’s also not too hard to find a group if you put yourself out there. That said, it’s not perfect every day, some parts can feel a little cliquey or quiet at times. But for the most part, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable

"Works better for my schedule than traditional classes"
I’ve been taking online classes at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, and compared to having to show up on campus at set times, it’s been way easier to make it work around my job. Some weeks still feel packed, especially when assignments line up with a busy work schedule, but having everything online makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a good experience. You just have to stay on top of things and keep yourself motivated...

"Student Services Are Fine, Just Kinda Slow"
The student services team was helpful when I finally got someone, but it did feel like they weren’t exactly in a hurry to get back to me. Overall, they answered my questions, just slower than I expected.
